Areas of rain will spread inland tonight into Wednesday morning. Along and east of the Cascades where cold air is trapped at the surface, Icy conditions(snow, sleet & freezing rain may fall) will be possible into Wednesday morning. A stronger and potentially VERY WINDY system will move in Wednesday night and Thursday. Snow levels will initially be above 5000 feet, but fall to around 3500 to 4000 feet by late Thursday night into Friday morning. More rain will be possible for this weekend into next week.
