Federal Way, Wash. -- (KING) A U-Haul truck containing all of a women's property including her husband's ashes, has been recovered.
Lee Emory had everything she owns in the U-Haul when it was stolen in Federal Way, Washington.
She had parked the 20-foot moving truck at the Super Eight Motel on South 348th Street in Federal Way.
She went to bed Tuesday evening, and when she went to check on the U-Haul at about 12 p.m. Wednesday, it was gone.
The items on Emory's stolen U-Haul included furniture, electronics, family photos albums, and perhaps most important, her husband's ashes.
U-Haul has arranged to deliver the items to Emory on Monday, at which point she'll have her first chance to survey what's gone.
Police believe they've found most of her belongings.
Those ashes were in an urn that police found near the U-Haul behind a vacant home in Tacoma, Washington late Friday.
"Relief like you can't believe," Emory said.
