Ashland to vote on 94 acre development plan

Ashland, Ore. -- Tuesday, May 6th, the Ashland City Council will vote on adopting the Normal Neighborhood Plan.

It's a refined version of a 1960's development plan sitting on 94-acres of private property in between Clay Street and Normal Avenue.
