The man accused in the Colorado movie theater mass shooting will be back in court Thursday.
James Holmes, 24, is accused of opening fire in a crowded theater in Aurora, killing 12 people, and injuring 58 others.
Attorneys representing 25 media outlets will argue that information about his case is being too tightly controlled.
Meanwhile, Holmes attorneys will argue that disclosure would compromise the investigation.
Holmes faces more than 140 felony counts in connection with the July shooting rampage.
He is being held without bail.
