Alleged Abuse Victim May Sue Klamath Co. School Dist.

A Rogue Valley attorney announcing that he will file a civil lawsuit against the Klamath County School District and others after he says his client, then a student in the district, was sexually abused by former district employee Kenneth Gardner. As NBC-5's Craig Smullin explains, the move comes three months after Gardner's arrest for
sex abuse and official misconduct.
