Two men, now in their thirties are suing Josephine County claiming that a former juvenile probation officer sexually abused them.
An amended complaint was filed at the Federal Court House Monday with another added to it.The probation officer (P.O.), Raymond X. Luckey committed suicide in 1994 while under investigation for sex abuse in Grants Pass. The victims attorney in the most recent case is looking for six million dollars a piece for damages both psychological and physical. County attorney, Steve Rich says the death of Mr. Lucke was tragic, and that they don't usually hand-over $6 million dollars to someone. In this case it's $12 million dollars and two alleged victims. We expect more to come out of this case later this week.
