Ashland business owner accused of peeping

Ashland, Ore. -- An Ashland business owner spent Thursday night in Jackson County Jail... accused of spying on people in a neighboring businesses bathroom.

Police arrested Thomas Houston of "Houston's Custom Framing and Fine Art" Thursday. They served a search warrant at the business on East Main and recovered evidence.

Houston faces 20 counts of invasion of personal privacy and one count of tampering with evidence.
