CDC: Autism More Common Than Once Thought

According to the latest numbers by the CDC, autism spectrum disorder is 25% more common and may affect more than one million children and teens in the U.S. (according to number from 2006-2008)

Is there an increase in the number of people with autism or are we uncovering and diagnosing those who have it?
