Neighbors who live near to where drug enforcement agents raided marijuana crops suspect the operations were illegal. Possibly because of sales.

Ariel pictures show two massive green houses. Inside- marijuana. Those who live near by say it was only a matter of time before they were busted. Those responsible could face federal charges. Neighbors suspect that the property owners moved to the area specifically for the purpose of growing. They also think they're selling it Which is illegal. The Department of Justice and the DEA have been raiding Southern Oregon marijuana gardens claiming that the Oregon medical marijuana act is being abused. Advocates for the OMMP say it is abused and that there needs to be some sort of regulation. One man said, " Legalize it or shut them down."

The only statement from Drug Enforcement Officials is this- " This is an on going investigation, that's all I can give you." Three gardens were raided in Jacksonville and one in Ashland today.
