The Eagle Point Education Association and the Eagle Point School District head back to the negotiation table.
The two sides are not finding common ground on teacher prep time, job security for bus drivers among other issues.
A strike is planned for Tuesday.
If the two sides can't reach an agreement, substitute teachers will replace those teachers participating in the strike.
"My son struggles with work as it is, so he needs all the assistance he can get and you get a sub that comes in and he doesn't know my kid from Adam," said Tracie Mobbs.
