Klamath Falls Car Crash Takes out Power to 2,000

Two people are sent to the hospital, and more than 2,000 people were without power, after a car in a Klamath Falls hits a power pole.    

Just after 6 PM Monday night, Police say 58 year old James Thomas suffered a heart attack, and lost control of his car.

Officials say the car struck a utility pole, and took out power to over 2,100 people.

Both Thomas and the passenger Eunice Ward were taken Sky Lakes Medical Center.

This morning, Thomas is listed in critical condition, and Ward is reported to be in good condition.
