Medford suspect sought in several crimes

Medford, Ore. -- Medford Police are looking for 25 year-old Jonathan Paul McDonald. Officials say video surveillance shows McDonald making over $10,000 in purchases with stolen credit cards in various Medford stores.

The stolen credit cards were taken during a May 14th home burglary when an unknown suspect stole a purse with a wallet and keys to the homeowners truck. On May 16th the homeowners 2013 Toyota Truck was stolen from their driveway. Police say they believe the same suspect who committed the burglary came back and stole the truck.

Police would like the public's help in locating McDonald, as well as the victim's stolen truck. The stolen truck is a white 2013 Toyota Tacoma Extra Cab with a tool box in the bed, with license plate OR/CA33476.

McDonald is described as 5'11", 200 lbs, brown hair, brown eyes and he frequents Medford and Eagle Point.

Officials say McDonald has been arrested five times since March 19th, 2014 for various crimes such as Burglary, Possession of a Stolen Vehicle, Theft, Possession of Methamphetamine, Possession of Heroin, as well as other crimes. Those charges are still pending.
