Moccasin Hill Fire Update

Sprague River, Ore. -- After nearly one week the Moccasin Hill wildfire near Sprague River is 100 percent contained.

Fire crews have extinguished all smoke within 300 feet of the fire lines and structures.

A total of 2,535 acres were burned at a cost of $3.1 million.

Local Oregon Department of Forestry officials will monitor the site for the rest of the season.
