New Kyron flier raising questions

Medford, Ore. -- A new flier is circulating this morning of missing boy Kyron Horman and it's raising some questions.

The flier was posted outside the home of Kyron's step mom, Terri Horman. It's also reportedly been seen around Roseburg.

The flier shows an age progression photo of Kyron and a statement that says witnesses saw the boy with an unknown man on June 4, 2010. That's the day Kyron went missing from his Portland elementary school.

This goes against the law enforcement position that Kyron's step mom was the last person to see him. The Multnomah County Sheriff's Office declined to comment.

It's not clear who created the flier.
