Oregon Arms Dealer Raided by A.T.F. Now Faces Charges

Second Amendment Guns in Grants Pass was raided by Agents with the Bureau of Alcohol Tabacco and Firearms.

An indictment filed in Eugene by federal officials charges 63 year old, Wilson Lee Clow with three counts of selling a firearm to a prohibited person and four counts of false statements when selling firearms.

Clow's gun business and home were raided by federal agents on August 211 2012. He claims agents were looking for marijuana, explosives and automatic weapons but found nothing and that theses charges came as a result to cover up their actions. Clow could face up to ten years in prison if found guilty. He's says he's not.
