The Oregon State University extension office in Klamath Falls is now officially in their new home.

A ribbon-cutting was held yesterday afternoon to open the OSU extension office on Washburn Way. The move from a former office on Vandenberg Road was prompted by budget cuts but workers say the new office is a good fit.

The modular units include a 48 seat auditorium for programs and classes and tell media that the move will save about 25 thousand dollars a year in rent.
