Pacific Retirement Services is laying out their offer to residents from the Rogue Valley Manor.
In a presentation on Tuesday, P.R.S. lined out a proposal, in which manor residents would name two new board members, and P.R.S. would choose 7 others, giving residents veto power over 3.
It's all in an effort to prevent a 30 million dollar class-action lawsuit, filed by manor residents.
The retirement community and P.R.S. have been at odds since the summer months after the manor board claimed their parent company was over-charging residents for fees to support less successful P.R.S. ventures.
