Things continue to heat up between the Rogue Valley Manor, and their parent company, Pacific Retirement Services.
The Manor board is looking to regain control of the retirement community.
In court on Monday, an attorney for the board asked for a temporary restraining order.
The order would prevent Pacific Retirement Services from dismissing board members, as well as its executive director.
This comes after the parent company notified the board that they intend to remove members.
The two will meet this coming Friday for further discussions.
