The Rogue Valley Manor Board and it's parent company, Pacific Retirement Services, are meeting Friday.
The Manor Board was requesting autonomy from Pacific Retirement Services.
This comes after P.R.S. notified the board that they intend to remove members at Friday's meeting.
A judge has thrown out the Rogue Valley Manor Board's request for a temporary restraining order.
The judge ruled that P.R.S. has full authority over manor board members.
P.R.S. issues this statement about the ruling:
"We realize there is work that needs to begin immediately, with Manor resident leadership as we move forward with rebuilding our relationship."
The Board claims residents are being over charged for fees to support less successful P.R.S. ventures.
