We have new information on the lawsuit against Si Casa Flores.
The jury sided with the plaintiff, Lleo Esquivel. Now the restaurant chain will have to pay out more than 200,000 dollars in damages.
In court documents, Esquivel said since 2006 he was the victim of unwanted sexual contact while working as a server at a Si Casa Flores restaurant in Medford.
"On almost a daily basis, Leo had to ward off sexual attacks by Juan Flores, who was trying to grab his sexual parts and wanted to have sex with him on a continual basis," said Bob Robertson.
Robertson says there are two more pending lawsuits against Juan Flores and Si Casa Flores addressing similar complaints.
NBC 5 news tried multiple times to get a hold of the owner, Gregorio Rodriguez and Juan Flores, both were unavailable for comment and did not return our multiple phone calls.
