State officials say they want to know how reforms to the Oregon Health Plan are working out for people.

Patients are encouraged to give their input by December 11th when officials will hold a meeting to discuss how coordinated care organizations are working. CCO's combine physical, mental, and dental health.

There will be satellite locations for people to view and participate in the meeting.

One will be in Medford at RCC/SOU in room 129B from 1:00-4:45 in the evening.
