White City, Ore. -- Jackson County SWAT and Negotiations teams were called out Saturday afternoon in response to a family disturbance.
Jackson County Sheriff's Deputies say they arrived on at the 3000 block of Avenue "E" in White City to find 22-year-old Glen Anthony Dyer threatening occupants of the house with a flare gun loaded with a shotgun shell.
The SWAT and Negotiations team arrived after deputies say Dyer barricaded himself inside the home. Negotiations continued for two hours before Sheriff's Deputies say Dyer gave himself up.
He's in the Jackson County Jail on charges of menacing, reckless endangering and interfering with police.
