Medford, Ore. -- Volunteers from Pacific Retirement Services and Rogue Disposal teamed up to give a local non-profit a much needed face lift.

Early Friday morning, ground was turned-up, weeds were pulled and hedges were clipped outside the Family Nurturing Center on Oakdale Avenue.

The makeover was part of the United Way's "Day of Caring."

PRS will be moving into it's new office this fall which is located on West Main, not far from the center.
