Trail, Ore. -- A Trail family will have to find another place to stay after their manufactured home caught fire around 6:20pm Thursday evening.

Prospect Fire, Jackson County Fire District 3, and the Oregon Department of Forestry responded to the home in the 4000 block of Highway 227.

Investigators say the fire started on the porch and quickly spread.

Three residents were home at the time but were able to get out safely. No word yet on what started the fire.
