With all the smoke filling the Southern Oregon skies, it's taking its toll on our health.
NBC-5's Dr. Robin Miller says try to stay indoors, especially those with emphysema, asthma, or lung disease.
She says don't do any physically straining activities even if you feel ok, the smoke can seriously irritate you.
If you don't feel like staying at home she says stay somewhere indoors like the movies or the mall.
