The top fifteen hybrid car markets are in on the West Coast. Surprised?
While buy a hybrid or all electric vehicle have their incentives, like reducing gas emissions, saving at the pump and tax rebates, green car drivers could soon face an alternative tax.

That doesn't sit well with people who are looking into or already making the investments to go green. Others who support higher taxes say the tax on hybrids will happen sooner or later.
