Medford, Ore.-- Police are looking for an armed robber who held up the Bank of The Cascades on Highway 62 Friday afternoon.

Surveillance video of the suspect showed the man wearing a camouflage baseball hat and a dust mask covering his face.

Police said the robber went into the bank at around 2:15 and ordered everyone to stop what they were doing.

That's when they said he pulled out a semi-automatic handgun and  ordered employees to put cash in his bag.

He made off with an un-disclosed amount of cash. Witnesses said before the crime he'd been lingering pretending to be a landscaper trimming bushes outside the bank for an hour.

"The reason I noticed him was because he was wearing baggy sweats and he just didn't look like an employee. But he had hedge clippers and he was coming around our corner right here," said Kim Warren.

Medford police do not have a good description of what the suspect looks life. But if you have any information contact police.
