ALL NEW: Tsunami Debris Dumping Stations Open

Oregon State officials have opened up a number of tsunami debris dump stations along the coast.

The dump stations will be used for the estimated 1.5 million tons of debris from the Japanese tsunami.

Oregon lawmakers are currently trying to divide up the clean up responsibilities.
