Armed robbery at Stop N' Shop

Medford, Ore.-- The Medford Police Department said they have arrested one of the two Stop N' Shop robbery suspects. 

24-year-old Demario Aundre Jackson has been arrested and charged with Robbery in the 1st and 2nd degree, Unlawful Use of a Weapon, and Unauthorized Use of a Vehicle.

Police are still trying to identify the second suspect in this case. They say Jackson was the suspect wearing the "Atlanta Falcons" hat in the surveillance photos.


Medford Police are looking for two suspects who attempted to rob a local convenient store.

The suspects are described as African Male adults, 5’10” to 6’. One suspect was wearing a red “Atlanta Falcons” hat, black leather jacket and jeans. The other suspect was wearing a red and black “Miami Heat” hat, a red and black striped sweater, and baggy jeans.

The vehicle used in this robbery is a white 1987 Toyota Camry, with California license plat 2GKW666.

If you recognize either of the suspects or see this vehicle you are asked to call police immediately.


 

Original story: Police said it happened at the  Stop N' Shop market off Highway 99 in North Medford around 3pm Sunday afternoon.

One of the stores attendants said that two suspects made off with a phone.

It's still unclear if they made off with anything else.

Police said they fled the scene. One of the suspects is believed to be carrying a hand gun.
