Ashland Business People Face Parking Fee

Business people in Ashland could be facing an added fee for parking.

The City of Ashland has voted to charge a $5 fee for parking permits.

This comes after reports of people abusing the current free permits.
Right now, business people can receive orange parking placards, allowing them to park in downtown Ashland all day.

The new $5 permits will be be required on August first.
