This morning, ghouls and goblins of the Rogue Valley came out to participate in the fourth annual Monster Dash Run for Education.
An estimated seven hundred runners participated in either a mile, 5k, or 10k run.
The annual event raises money for Ashland public schools.
"We raised about 14 thousand dollars and that was the third year, it's growing every year, so hopefully this year we'll surpass that. "
"And for the first time ever all children get a medal. So a lot of great things going on and a lot of excitement to make this run a regional event."
Event organizers also hosted a costume contest.
This years sponsors included NBC-5 and other companies.
