Well, Medford police say, the nice weather is leading to more distracted driving.
Police say motorist are not focusing when they're behind the wheel.
and they say that's dangerous. They say a lack of focus can contribute to accidents.
"What we do see is people not paying attention to what they're doing because the weather is nice, they're looking at all the scenery and they're not focused on the job at hand which is controlling their vehicle," said Jerry Burchfiel.
Other law enforcement officials we spoke with say they notice that every year, when temperatures begin to climb they see a spike in traffic accidents.
