The bail of a suspect in a hit-and-run accident that left one man dead has been lowered.

The $3 million bail on Leta Shroeder has been reduced to $150,000, after a court hearing Tuesday.

Medford police say 34-year old Shroeder was driving a truck westbound on Crater Lake Highway onto the Riverside Avenue intersection late last month, when she t-boned a van filled with 7 Department of Forestry workers headed to work.

Police say Shroeder fled the scene, but was later taken custody.

Schroeder remains in the Jackson County Jail.
