Medford, Ore. -- Beer lovers in the Rogue Valley wrapped up Medford Beer Week Saturday with the Southern Oregon Craft Brew Festival.

26 local and regional breweries set up downtown to give people a taste of what organizers said is the region's strong suit.

"The beer industry in Oregon, regionally, and also locally in Southern Oregon is an amazingly vibrant business and an amazingly vibrant economy. We should be supporting this," Festival organizer Chris Dennett said.

Saturday marked the sixth annual Southern Oregon Craft Brew Festival giving people the opportunity to try beer they've never had. It also gave breweries a chance to connect with their customers.
