Car lovers gathered at the Harry and David store in Medford today in hopes of being a lucky winner, all for a good cause.

Court Appointed Special Advocates or CASA raffled off this shiny blue 19-33 Willys Coup hot rod. The rod traveled all around Oregon to raise money for neglected children.

"We've been taking it to car shows, swap meets, anywhere there's a bunch of people. And setting up and explaining what the car is all about."

The lucky winner is Mike Whitehead from Evans Creek. He was not present to accept the car. We spoke to him over the phone and he says he's excited about the win.

Five-thousand tickets were sold at ten dollars a piece -- raising just about fifty thousand dollars.
