A Grants Pass church says they've been scammed by a company who used a recorded phone call to falsify a purchase. The company called "online Public Yellow Pages" does have a website where businesses can advertise for a price. Looking online there are pages of complaints regarding this so-called yellow pages service. Still, the church has the bill and have received a letter from a collections agency. On the Federal Trade Commission website there's an article from 2011 referring to a different company who used a similar tactic targeting churches. It's unclear if the Department of Justice has declared this company as Fraudulent.
