Djembes for YES Grant Winners

A class of fifteen students from Central Point elementary school are the winners of a YES grant which they used to purchase handmade djembe drums from Ghana, West Africa. Mrs. M, their teacher says the drums allow the students to socialize and enhance their skills through the art of music.
