Medford, Ore. -- New details of the Susan Monica homicide investigation are revealed during a bail hearing at the Jackson County Courthouse. Prosecutor and Chief Deputy District Attorney, Allan Smith says Susan Monica told police that she used a a gun to shoot two people in the head. Both of which police say they recovered from her rural 20-acre property in Rogue River.

After being denied any chance of leaving jail, Circuit Court Judge, Timothy Barnack said he would consider a motion to bar media from having direct contact with Monica.

Monica has maintained a continuous line of communication between media outlets.

After finding out she'd have to wait until September for a pretrial hearing, Monica gasped saying, "oh god, September?" and asking her defense attorney, "anything sooner?"
