I-5 northbound was shut down for nearly an hour after power lines fell on the freeway.
The call came in around 12:30 Wednesday morning.
NBC 5 at the scene just as Pacific Power crews were arriving.
With the help of ODOT, crews were able to move the downed lines into the center median, allowing traffic to continue.
Over 1,500 Medford residents were without power.
Complete restoration is now expected around 9 AM.
It was originally set to be restored right around 6 AM.
The investigation into what caused the lines to fall will continue Wednesday.
