Pursuit Ends When Car Crashes Into A Home

Police say a driver in stolen car from Medford led officers on a chase through Phoenix, where it crashed into a house.

Around two Friday morning, Jackson County Sheriff's deputies spotted the stolen car on Highway 99 in Phoenix, and attempted a traffic stop.

Police say a pursuit began, leading to Rose and Oak streets, where the car crashed into a house on the corner.
The driver was arrested, his name has not yet been released.

His charges include possession of a stolen car, possession of a controlled substance, attempt to elude, and felon in possession of a weapon, among others.
