The American Red Cross is teaming up with the Oregon Office of Emergency Management, to make sure you're prepared, in the event of a major earthquake.

The workshops will be on how to prepare, survive, and recover from an earthquake.

A "quake-prep" meeting will be held at the following locations:

--The Lakeview High School cafeteria at 6 P.M., on September 16th.

--The Klamath Falls Library, starting at 6 P.M, on September 17th.

--Medford city Hall, starting at 3 P.M. on September 20th.

--Grants Pass at the Anne Basker Auditorium at 9:30 A.M., on September 23rd.

A magnitude 9-point-0 is expected at any time along the Cascadia Subduction zone, the massive fault line stretching from California to Oregon.
