Grants Pass man arrested for assault, weapons charges

Grants Pass, Ore. -- A Grants Pass man is accused of assaulting a man, then pointing a loaded rifle at his wife!

Oregon State Police Troopers arrested 32 year-old Jeremy Joulsohn around 8:30 Monday night. They say he was upset with his wife who grabbed the barrel of the gun to point it away from people in the Rogue River Highway parking lot.

That's when police say he fired several shots. No one was hit.

The assault victim had to go to the hospital with injuries to his face.

Joulsohn faces multiple charges.
