Hana Sushi has been closed since March after a fire tore through several businesses in the Ashland Plaza.
But now the restaurant is back open and ready for business.
NBC 5 spoke with owner Bill Barchet who says it's taken several months longer than he wanted to re-open and that the insurance company delayed that process.
And while Barchet says he wanted a soft re-open to ease back into business, since word has spread that the restaurant is back open, it has been booming with success....
When we spoke with Barchet earlier this year, he estimated his restaurant had over $100,000 worth in damage from the fire.
Now Barchet wants his customers to know while his restaurant may have a brand new interior, they're still serving the same great food.
