A warning from the Jackson County Health department is going out to consumers in Southern Oregon.
Customers at Evo's coffee lounge in Ashland are being warned that they may have been exposed to Hepatitis-A.
One kind of smoothie made at the shop may have contained organic antioxidant blend frozen berry mix, produced by Townsend Farms and sold at Costco Warehouses, which was recently pulled from shelves.
If you consumed a “Radically Free” smoothie from Evo’s between May 17th and June 12th you may have been exposed.
Hepatitis-A vaccine will be available at the Jackson County Health Department beginning on Monday.
