Desiree Young, the mother of missing Oregon boy Kyron Horman is pushing forward with her lawsuit against her son's stepmother.

The $10 million lawsuit against Terri Horman could be delayed by 2 years, as requested by Horman's lawyers.

In a motion Thursday, young, a Medford resident, says this should not be allowed.

Police say Terri Horman was the last known person to see Kyron before he went missing.

The boy was last seen at Skyline Elementary School in Portland on June 4, 2010.

Horman has not been labeled as a person of interest, or a suspect.
