When the rain falls hard, we know the Illinois Valley is likely to flood.

In a matter of a few hours several inches of rain fell to the Illinois Valley floor. The rivers known for flooding did as expected and a flood watch was put into affect. We caught up with one woman who's been watching the Illinois river go up and down for around 15 years.
