A second suspect has been named in the homicide case of Ashland man Frank Damiano also known to many as Tony Dellapenna.

Earlier this week 34-year-old Merlin Bound the Third was arrested in connection with the case.

The second suspect has been identified as 41 year old Othon Robert Campos Junior.

Officials confirmed both Bound and Campos were roommates.

While the details of what happened remain sealed, investigators believe Campos has fled to portland.

Law enforcement in the Portland metro area have been alerted.

They don't believe he has a vehicle of his own and relies heavily on public transportation and taxi cabs.

Meantime, back in Southern Oregon the investigation is ongoing.

Investigators say once Campos is in custody they will release further details of the homicide.
