Josephine County Brings Sex Abuse Charges

Sixty-one-year-old Tommy J. Dunn was in court today, arraigned on three counts of first degree sex abuse allegedly touching three little girls inappropriately.

The Josephine County District Attorney is charging Grants Pass resident Tommy J. Dunn with three separate counts of First Degree Sex Abuse for three separate cases where he allegedly touched three little girls inappropriately. Dunn was arrested at his home on Wednesday following an investigation by Josephine County Sheriff's Department. That same home is listed as the "Almost Home Preschool and Child Care" facility. A business run by his wife. Since the arrest the business has shut down and the license to operate has been revoked by the Oregon Child Care Division. Dunn is begin held on $150,00 bail and is scheduled back in court on March 26th, 2012
