The man who stripped at the Portland Airport in protest of a TSA screening, has escaped an indecent exposure charge.

A Multnomah County judge Wednesday acquitted John Brennan, 50, of an indecent exposure charge after he took off his clothes at Portland International Airport last April.

During a two-hour trial, Brennan testified that he undressed because he was fed up with what he sees as invasive TSA procedures, including body scans and pat downs.
