A man is facing seven and a half years in federal prison, after pleading guilty to his involvement in a major drug trafficking ring here in Medford.
Estaban Martinez-Manjares, AKA "Speedy," pleaded guilty in U.S. District Court in Medford yesterday.
He is charged with conspiracy to distribute cocaine and meth, after being involved in an organization that moved drugs from Salem and Mexico into the Medford area.
The leader of the organization, Adelma Cook, AKA "The Snow Queen," was sentenced earlier this year, to more than 13 years in federal prison.
Meanwhile, the Medford Area Drug and Gang Enforcement team is continuing their investigation.
